Nose: Real balanced and appealing nose. Mild cereal notes. Vanilla, apples and mustard seeds. Dried fruits and hints of exotic spices.

Taste: Medium to light body. White pepper, vanilla and honey, A bit raw. Wet oak planks and floral notes

Finish: Medium to short finish. Oaky with notes of caramel, vanilla and honey.

Comment: Fair enough.
