Released for the Feis Ile 2019 festival. Matured in “sherry-treated American oak casks”, so sherry seasoned casks. Limited to 3000 bottles.

Nose: Malty and rich. Mellow and balanced. Mild notes of peat and ashes with white sugar mixed in. With time also tropical fruits and ripe apples.

Taste: Medium body. Quite sugary! Soot and pepper. Notes of dried fruits and marzipan. Lovely sweetness. Hints of salt. A touch green.

Finish: Long finish. Greener now with herbs and wood smoke. The sweet soot remains.
