This is the 2025 edition of the Springbank 21 YO. Matured in the following cask mix: 65% ex-Port, 25% ex-bourbon, 5% ex-rum and 5% ex-sherry casks.

The Springbank 21 YO (2025) will be available in Norway starting November 13 at NOK 3699 (20041901).

Nose: Deep and rich with complex layers of fruitiness. Gentle pepper and mild smoke intertwine with rhubarb, soft leather and a faint farmyard funk. Orange zest adds a bright accent.

Taste: Medium bodied and well rounded. Fruity and dry at first, turning juicier with toasted oak, soft wood smoke and bursts of red berries.

Finish: Long and graceful. Light, fruity and clean with a delicate wisp of smoke and a final echo of orange zest.

Comment: Refined fruit with subtle smoke.
