Nose: Very appealing nose. Chocolate, dried fruits, wood smoke, malt and a soft whiff of sea salt. Rich and inviting, with the smoke sitting neatly alongside the sweeter notes.

Taste: Full bodied, spicy and rich. Dark chocolate, mild chilli and cinnamon bring warmth and depth. Chewy in character, with a satisfying balance between sweetness, spice and smoke.

Finish: Medium long finish. Peppery, chewy and rich, with creamy caramel now moving forward. Pencil shavings and dried fruits linger nicely all the way.

Comment: Smoke, spice and chocolate chew.
