This is actually the (as yet unrealesed) 2026 limited release of the Port Charlotte 18 YO. Each annual release has a slightly different ABV and the cask mix differs quite a lot. The cask mix for the 2026 edition is 40% ex-bourbon, 15% refill sherry and 15% refill casks.

The Port Charlotte 18 YO (2026) goes on sale in Norway on November 13 at NOK 2260 (20040701).

Nose: Vanilla leads a rich and creamy profile wrapped in gentle, warm smoke. Becomes increasingly fruity and inviting with time.

Taste: Full bodied and vibrant. Peppery and rich, yet smooth and creamy, with generous layers of ripe orchard fruits.

Finish: Long and satisfying. Deep fruitiness meets soft, enveloping smoke, mild pepper and lingering creamy vanilla.

Comment: Perfect harmony of fruit and smoke.
