I have one more release from the Spring 2023 Releases by independent bottler Dram Mor Group. This single cask Mannochmore was matured in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead, and is limited to 275 bottles. Nose: A bit shy at first. Citrus and custard. Marshmallows, grapefruit and honey dew melon. With time some oaky bitterness on the nose.

Taste: Full bodied. A feisty one this. Almost on the rough side, but it has a charming streak corrects the course. Big and bold notes of tropical fruits, ginger and caramel.

Finish: Medium long. Assorted exotic spices added to the mix now, though it remains mainly fruity and big on flavor. More spicy towards the end, and some oaky astringency.

Comment: Big and boisterous.
