Nose: A rich and youthful nose with lots of dried fruits - in particular raisins. Toasted oak and vanilla as well.

Taste: Full bodied. The palate matches the nose with lots of raisins. Also dates and figs. Somewhat peppery in character. There’s a whiff of peat here.

Finish: Medium to short finish. More of the same, perhaps a little creamy. Green fruitiness in the end.

Comment: Young and fresh.
