Nose: Soft and very appealing. It feels creamy, light and clean on the nose. Notes of caramel and dried fruits, as well as cranberries. With time a hint of citrus and honey.
Taste: Full bodied. At first mild fruits and some pepper. Then deeper notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits and earthy cinnamon. Creamy and rich mouthfeel.
Finish: Long, and oh so sweet. There is a comforting dark edge to it; raisins, figs and dates. Also a little salty in the end.
Comment: Have to try this one again!
