This is the newest release from Norway’s one and only independent bottler, Single Malt Dreams. This Inchgower was distilled December 2009, matured in a refill hogshead (cask #812274/1), and bottled September 2025. Limited to 120 bottles (partial cask).

The Inchgower 2009 15 YO (Single Malt Dreams) will be available in Norway starting November 13 at NOK 1498 (20043301).

Nose: Initially shy with pencil shavings, soft orchard fruits and a faint touch of marshmallow. Opens slowly to reveal a fresher, cleaner and more inviting fruitiness.

Taste: Full bodied and slightly dry at first. Oak and white pepper lead, followed by raw cinnamon, cut grass and a gentle warmth from the alcohol.

Finish: Medium long. Still somewhat dry but gradually softens, showing juicy fruit tones alongside green notes of grass, menthol and hay.

Comment: Dry oak balanced by green herbs.
