Nose: Dry wood smoke dominates. Rather dry overall with a faint hint of fruitiness, but otherwise quite restrained.

Taste: Full bodied. A slightly sour profile with the curious impression of smoked rowan berries.

Finish: Medium long. Continues in much the same vein—dry wood smoke and a touch of pepper, though somewhat bland in character.

Comment: Dry smoke lacking excitement.
