Nose: Fluffy and sweet with soft orchard fruits. Mild vanilla and gentle malt add depth, while subtle floral and grassy notes emerge over time.

Taste: Full bodied and rich. Fruity sweetness intertwines with dark chocolate, red berry jam and a trace of soot, rounded by toasted oak and honey.

Finish: Medium long. Honeyed sweetness and chocolate linger, touched by a gentle smokiness.

Comment: Warm, rich and beautifully balanced.
