A fairly recent release from Danish distillery Fary Lochan. Distilled 2015-04-30, matured in a single 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel, and bottled 2025-04-30. Limited to 308 bottles.

Nose: Fruity, malty and sweet from the start. Orchard fruits blend with green herbs and bright citrus before creamy vanilla and tropical fruits emerge. Exceptionally well integrated alcohol.

Taste: Full bodied and indulgent. Creamy honey and vanilla ice cream meet grated citrus zest, dark chocolate, toasted oak and coffee beans in perfect harmony.

Finish: Medium to long. Dark chocolate, coffee and toasted oak dominate, while mint and cut grass add a refreshing close.

Comment: Decadent balance of fruit and depth.
