Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon and sun warmed oak. Cacao nibs and peppermint with time.

Taste: Medium body and very smooth delivery. Caramel, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: Medium long finish. Drier now and more peppery. In the background toasted oak, creamy vanilla, dried fruits and mint.

Comment: Warm and complex bourbon.
