Nose: Opens with a slightly sour, oaky edge, followed by wood smoke and medicinal notes. With time, roasted coffee adds warmth and depth.

Taste: Medium bodied. A solid foundation of wood smoke and rich peat supports ripe orchard fruits and a medley of warming spices.

Finish: Medium long. Smoky chocolate joins the party, followed by vanilla, gentle cinnamon and a touch of oak on the final stretch.

Comment: Comfortingly smoky.
