An official release from Dubh Glas Distillery, British Columbia, Canada. Matured in three casks (casks #C-14, #C-15 and #C-21). Limited to 148 bottles.

Nose: Light and fruity with vanilla and gentle oak. Hints of dried fruits emerge as it opens up.

Taste: Medium bodied. Curiously both dry and somewhat watery in character. Oak takes the lead, supported by white pepper and restrained fruitiness.

Finish: Short. Caramel and butterscotch bring some welcome sweetness, alongside vanilla and a final touch of white pepper. The overall impression remains youthful and a little raw.

Comment: Youthful, dry and slightly awkward.
