Here is one more expression from Dubh Glas Distillery, located in Gallager, Lake Frontage, in British Columbia, Canada. Again bottled for the Wee Rock Whisky Club. Matured in an ex-Malbec cask, and limited to 44 bottles.

Nose: Rich and expressive with unmistakable autumnal character. Root cellar, wet leaves and deep woodland after a heavy rain create an earthy, evocative profile.

Taste: Full bodied and every bit as autumnal as the nose promised. Rhubarb, wet leaves and white pepper are joined by ripe orchard fruits before dried fruits add further depth.

Finish: Medium long. Rich, sweet and satisfying, carrying the same autumnal character all the way through.

Comment: Autumn in a glass, beautifully potent.
