Nose: This whisky greets me with a light, refreshing aroma. It's quite green, reminiscent of cut grass and fresh herbs. There are also soft notes of vanilla and a tropical fruitiness. Over time, it evolves to reveal ripe bananas nestled in dusty old wooden crates.

Taste: On the palate, it's full-bodied with an oily and rich mouthfeel. The initial taste is of sweet orchard fruits, which gradually transform into a sharper, more citrusy profile, especially Amalfi lemons. There's a hint of sweet licorice lurking in the background.

Finish: The finish is medium-long, continuing the citrus theme with more lemons. It's spiced up with white pepper and a touch of oakiness, becoming slightly drier as the flavors fade.

Comment: Yummy!
