Nose: This one's unusual in an appealing way. It's light with ripe orchard fruits, offering a zesty and fresh sensation. The earthiness of wet leaves adds depth, while the aroma of marshmallows toasted over an open fire brings a cozy touch. As it evolves, rowan berries introduce a slight bitterness, complemented by soft oakiness.

Taste: The palate is met with a full-bodied and slightly rough texture. A mix of black and white pepper creates a dry, spicy profile. There's an oaky astringency lingering in the background, balanced by the sweet creaminess of vanilla ice cream drizzled with honey.

Finish: Medium-long, featuring warm cinnamon and white pepper. The finish circles back to the oaky spices and mild astringency, leaving a lasting impression.

Comment: An engaging experience.
