An unpeated BenRiach matured in a single ex-Port pipe (cask #2399). Distilled 2005-05-13 and bottled 2023. Limited to 649 bottles. Exclusively available at the distillery.

Nose: Warm, rich and appealing nose. Soft oakiness. Earthy and rich fruity notes. The fruitiness keeps developing; darker notes of Autumn one second, then lighter and fresher Summer notes.

Taste: Full bodied. Fresh, fruity and full-on. Lots of red berries and ripe orchard fruit. Mildly earthy in character. Honey and pencil shavings.

Finish: Long finish. More of the same, rich fruitiness and the juicy berries. Strawberries in particular. Pencil shavings and oaky spiciness in the end.

Comment: Just lovely!
