Nose: Orchard fruits with a drizzle of honey and caramel. Earthy vanilla, sun warmed oak, rich maltiness and a whiff of wood smoke.

Taste: Medium body. Sweet and with a dry character. White pepper and oaky spiciness. Hints of smoke in the background.

Finish: Medium long finish. Honey and fresh orchard fruits now, surfing above the spicier notes.

Comment: This is charming dram.
