This is the latest release of the Springbank Local Barley Series, as far as I know. It was bottled 2021-12-14. Exclusively matured in ex-bourbon casks.

The Springbank 10 YO Local Barley (2021 edition) goes on sale in Norway next week at NOK 1415 (14979101).

Nose: Malty and rich. Vanilla and some chocolate. With time barley juice, and more vanilla. Strawberries.

Taste: Full bodied. Juicy and fresh. Orchard fruits, then malt drops and breakfast cereal. Very rich.

Finish: Medium long finish. Dry-ish now. White pepper and then on the finishing line it opens up with juicy summer fruits again - even some oranges here now.
