The Hazelburn 2006 15 YO will be available in Norway starting next week at NOK 1200 (14979301).

Nose: Home made caramel pudding of the very best kind (in other words like what my grandmother used to make), leather and ripe apples baked in honey.

Taste: Full bodied. Leather and polish. Mahogany furniture. Orchard fruits - fresh and dried.

Finish: Long finish. A little dry. Fruity and rich. Dark notes of polish, leather and even a little floral perfume.

Comment: One for quiet Sundays.
