Distilled April 2014, bottled from an ex-Port octave cask in September 2022. This is a release exclusive for Norway, and limited to 60 bottles.

The Caol Ila 2014 8 YO (North Star) will be available in Norway starting next week at NOK 1455 (14981201).

Nose: Chocolate, salty sea breeze, and a whiff of green herbs. Barbecued smoky meats and driftwood bonfire on the beach.

Taste: Full bodied. Smoked bacon - raw. Rich and sweet barbecue sauce. Salty caramel popcorn.

Finish: Medium long finish. Smoky and meaty all the way. Sweet and decadent.
