Nose: Rich and appealing sherry influence. Soft vanilla and caramel meet gentle dried fruits, developing into subtle nuttiness with time.

Taste: Full bodied, creamy and rich. Pencil shavings add structure beneath layers of dried fruits, with raisins taking the lead.

Finish: Long. Persistently rich and creamy with waves of dried fruits, supported by vanilla, cinnamon and a light floral touch.

Comment: Classic sherry richness done right.
