Nose: Silky caramel notes. Fudge and cotton candy. Creamy vanilla. Delightful nose. Candy store with an open fireplace. Warm almonds. Rich fruitiness with time - citrus. Hints of tropical fruits

Taste: Very rich and full bodied. Creamy vanilla and warm spices. Oaky sweetness.

Finish: Long finish. White pepper. Almonds again. Black pepper. Ginger. Fizzy towards the end.
