A fairly new release from the “micro distillery” on the New Midleton lot in Cork, Ireland.

This whisky goes on sale in Norway this coming week at NOK 798 (15433601).

Nose: Soft spiciness. Warm notes of cinnamon and earthy vanilla. An almost curry or garam masala like character. Exciting stuff!

Taste: Medium to full body. Dry-ish in style. More of the same lovely spice mix- Orchard fruits as well as ginger. Fizzy and fun.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Continues to deliver the same - with bravado. Cinnamon buns hot from the oven in the end.

Comment: Love it!
