An entry in Murray McDavid’s Cask Craft series. This whisky was finished in ex-bourbon quarter casks from Koval.

This whisky goes on sale in Norway this coming week at NOK 685 (15434101).

Nose: Fresh notes of citrus and other assorted tropical fruits. A little sour-ish. With time more vanilla and caramel.

Taste: Medium body. Juicy fruits. Melon, pineapple, and ripe green apple. Creamy vanilla.

Finish: Medium to short finish. More of the same really, not much development.

Comment: Fresh.
