A small batch release from Lagg. It is of course heavily peated at 50 ppm, and this expression has been finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

Nose: Dried fruits and rich malt form a smoky, aromatic base. Earthy vanilla and cinnamon follow, later joined by white pepper and pencil shavings for added lift.

Taste: Full bodied with a creamy, rich mouthfeel. Dried fruits wrapped in warm peat and earthy smoke, backed by lively, peppery energy.

Finish: Medium long. Sugar and soot intertwine with dried fruits and earthy cinnamon. Warm spices linger, evoking smoky cinnamon buns fresh from the oven.
