Nose: Medicinal notes mixed with smoked bacon on the barbecue. We’re on the beach again and having fun in the salty sea breeze playing on the sun-warmed sand (yeah, so probably not on Islay then, eh?).

Taste: Full bodied. Honey and then somewhat sharp notes of menthol and medicine cabinet. Iodine and smoked bacon.

Finish: Medium long finish. Even more medicinal now. Very distinct iodine. Some green herbs in the end.

Comment: I think I need this medicine, doctor.
