Inchgower 2010 Cooper’s Choice, 14 YO, 50.5%

Distilled February 2010, and bottled 2024. Initially matured in American oak casks, then finished for an unspecified amount of time in a single Muscat cask (cask #801361). Limited to 300 bottles.

The Inchgower 2010 Cooper’s Choice will be available in Norway later this week at NOK 1150 (20384701).

Nose: Sugar cubes infused with malt and orchard fruits. Lightly floral with a gentle touch of oak.

Taste: Medium to full bodied with a very creamy mouthfeel. Fruity and moderately sweet, smooth and approachable.

Finish: Medium long. Creamy and fruity throughout, finishing with a soft floral lift.

Comment: Creamy fruit with floral grace.
