Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished for 9 months in ex-Tawny port wine casks.

The Glen Scotia Icons of Campbeltown - Release No. 3: The Wulver will be available to buy in Norway later this week at NOK 1504 (20373801).

Nose: Earthy and evocative with freshly turned soil, root vegetables and toasted oak. Rich and complex, layered with assorted fruits and berries and a pleasing sweetness.

Taste: Full bodied. Strawberries and rhubarb lead, joined by wine-like tones and rich sweetness. Soft earthiness and a gentle floral touch follow.

Finish: Medium to long. Fruity and complex, gradually turning a little drier toward the end.

Comment: Earthy fruit with wine-like charm.
