Launched February 2019 as the first release in a new series. This whisky is said to be just under 10 YO. Matured exclusively in European oak casks, of which 75-80 % was 1st fill ex-Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: Soft and fruity. Apples and mild dried fruits. Caramel sauce mixed with Christmas spices.

Taste: Medium body. Peppery apple sauce over warm apple pie, and with a rich caramel sauce on the side.

Finish: Medium long finish. Peppery and dry towards the end.

Comment: I somehow expected more from this.
