Nose: Marshmallows, warm from the fire, caramel sauce, medium dark chocolate and ripe orchard fruits. Rich and warming. Some spiciness with time. Earthy.

Taste: Light to medium body. Chocolate and white pepper. Dry-ish in character. Caramel.

Finish: Medium to short finish. Drier still. A bit bland and watery towards the end. Some astringency.

Comment: Promising nose.
