Nose: Chocolate with marzipan. Orchard fruits. With time creamy vanilla, ginger and earthy cinnamon.

Taste: Medium body. Rather spicy up front. Complex, exotic and rich. Tropical fruits and creamy vanilla. Ginger and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Peppery milk chocolate. Hints of green herbs and assorted nuts. Then more pepper and the whole experience turns decidedly more dry. Marzipan makes a re-appearance on the finish line.
