Nose: Very mild and almost shy. Gentle fruitiness and soft caramel are present, but the nose remains understated.

Taste: Full bodied and far more assertive than the nose suggests. Pepper and Szechuan pepper lead, joined by dark chocolate and a curious note of flatbread.

Finish: Medium long. Spiciness continues alongside coffee beans and dark chocolate, ending with a faint green touch.

Comment: Shy nose, bold spicy palate.
