A 16 year old independent bottling of Dailuaine, with a Foursquare Rum Wood Finish, which means it has been finished in a cask (cask #7469) that have previously held rum distilled at the famous Foursquare Distillery. As this is a single cask release it is limited to 213 bottles.

Nose: Dark storms over a fruit garden. Wet soil and notes of earthy vanilla. Hints of citrus with time.

Taste: Full bodied. Rich, sweet and deeply fruity. Fizzy and fun caramel and ginger sweetness.

Finish: Long finish. Salty caramel now, as well as hints of malt and toasted oak.

Comment: Simply a joy to experience!
