This is my second review of whisky from English company Cotswolds Distillery, in as many days. Perhaps it is a new trend? This time we have a 3 YO expression from independent bottler That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This is a limited release of 1785 bottles.

Nose: Warm and cosy. Cinnamon sticks, vanilla, dried fruits, honey and toffee.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied. Cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and vanilla. Malty and creamy. Toffee and butterscotch. Dark chocolate and orange marmalade.

Finish: Medium long finish. Continues much as it started. Sugar and spice and everything nice.

Comment: A delightful, young dram. We can expect a lot of great things from Cotswolds. I believe!
