A Warehouse 9 hand-filled distillery exclusive from Bunnahabhain. Distilled 2004-02-18, matured in a single 1st fill Pedro Ximénez NOE sherry butt (cask #555). Bottled 2018.

Nose: Rich and aromatic. Lots of fresh orchard fruits, as well as toasted oak, dried fruits, creamy vanilla and mild spices. Rich malt, and a soft funkiness. Raisins and PX sherry with time.

Taste: Medium plus body and it appears to be made purely of creamy milk chocolate. Raisins and vanilla. Hint of sea salt.

Finish: Medium long finish. More salty now. Juicy fruitiness. Softly oak - peanuts and almonds.

Comment: A lovely dram.
