Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and then finished in rum seasoned casks.

Nose: Fruity and rich with orchard fruits and strawberries. Sweet, sugary notes build steadily as it opens up.

Taste: Medium bodied. Creamy butterscotch and caramel milkshake take the lead, joined by white pepper and subtle pencil shavings.

Finish: Medium long. Sweet, fruity caramel tones linger, rounded by soft earthy notes.

Comment: Sweet fruit with creamy charm.
