A young distillery exclusive from Arran. This 8 year old has received a finish in ex-Amontillado casks. It was bottled 2025-05-22.

Nose: Deep and rich with plums and both sweet and sour cherries. Exotic spices, dried fruits and dense malt emerge gradually, adding layered warmth and complexity.

Taste: Full bodied, warm and embracing. Wine-like notes mingle with red berry jam and stone fruits, lifted by white pepper and a touch of oaky spice.

Finish: Medium to long. Warm, rich and creamy throughout. The red berries persist, softening into something reminiscent of a strawberry milkshake toward the end.

Comment: Unusual, rich and utterly charming.
