Another distillery exclusive from Arran. Distilled 2012-12-19, matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel (cask #2111/2554), and bottled 2025-05-27. Limited to 221 bottles.

Nose: Ripe and stewed apples with caramel swirls and marshmallows. Malt and toasted oak provide depth, while ripe banana, milk chocolate and runny honey emerge with time.

Taste: Full bodied. Ripe apples lead before a full symphony of orchard fruits unfolds. Butterscotch and marshmallows warmed by the bonfire add rich sweetness.

Finish: Long. Continues the fruity, sweet symphony with mild oak and white pepper adding structure as it gradually dries toward the end.

Comment: Darn fine!
