Nose: Cool and delicate with ripe red apples and a soft, wine-like character. Elegant and refreshing.

Taste: Full bodied and crisp. Gentle wine notes meet a light fizz, leading back to juicy red apples in perfect balance.

Finish: Medium to long. The red apples linger, still carrying that lively fizz before settling into a smooth, graceful close.

Comment: Fresh, crisp and beautifully poised.
