The Anchor 10 YO Peated Edition is a blended malt whisky, and it will be available to buy in Norway starting Friday March 6 at NOK 420 (11607101). You can still purchase it in Sweden at SEK 299 (0701).
Nose: Beach side bonfire. Wet driftwood smoking. Slightly acrid smoke. medium fruitiness. Somewhat floral and herbal in style.
Taste: Medium to slim body. Bland and lacking in colour. Caramel, ashes, and wood smoke. Watery.
Finish: Medium to short finish. Smoky, burnt caramel. Dry towards the end. Not as watery on the finish.
Comment: I am not completely convinced.
