Nose: Sweet and light with fresh apple and pear. Clean and gently floral, developing soft vanilla and milk chocolate with time.

Taste: Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Chocolate and white pepper lead, supported by the returning apple and pear fruitiness.

Finish: Medium long. Softly spicy yet consistently fruity, carrying the sweetness through to the end.

Comment: Gentle fruit.
