The Cargill (Adelphi), 5 YO, 57.4%

A “fusion whisky”, a combination of single malt whisky from Ardnamurchan in Scotland and Cardrona in New Zealand. Limited to 1200 bottles.

The Cargill will be available in Norway starting November 13 at NOK 1510 (20044101).

Nose: Soft and lightly fruity with a warm, welcoming tone. Dark caramel develops gradually, adding depth and sweetness.

Taste: Full bodied and vibrant. Spicy and a touch aggressive, yet balanced by generous waves of ripe fruit.

Finish: Medium long. Fruity and expansive with a whisper of herbs and a final lift of orange zest.

Comment: Fruity warmth with spirited spice.
