Distilled November 2002, matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-rum casks, then finished for three years in fresh Madeira casks, and bottled in October 2020. Limited to 9200 bottles.

Nose: We are in the suburbs of Funky Town and it is a good place to be. Sugary sweet, with refined fruitiness, hints of toasted oak. With time creamy vanilla and dirty cotton candy.

Taste: Rich, full bodied and quite sweet. There’s all kinds of dessert flavours coming through here; dried fruits, baked fruits, caramel, fudge, butterscotch, honey, cotton candy and creamy vanilla ice cream.

Finish: Long finish. The sweetness is darker still now,l almost earthy. Demerara sugar and rhubarb added to the mix.
