Nose: Funky town! We are at the farm, wearing wellies, and the party is about to begin! Dirty sweetness. With time earthy and damp notes of wet leaves and dunnage warehouse.

Taste: Full bodied. Even dirtier now and sweeter. Somewhat dry. Sherried.

Finish: Medium long finish. Honey and nuts in the mix.

Comment: I love this big, funky and dirty Springbank style.
