This is a Tomatin single malt distilled 2014-09-26, initially matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead, then finished in a 1st fill HTMC hogshead. The HTMC refers to “Heavy Toast Medium Char”. Limited to 285 bottles.

Nose: Cool and restrained with coconut and the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked skolebrød: sweet dough, cardamom, vanilla custard and glazed coconut.

Taste: Full bodied, creamy and malty. Sweet and richly enjoyable with vanilla, custard, cinnamon and a faint touch of green herbs.

Finish: Medium long. Fruity and sweet, carrying tropical notes and gentle green herbs toward a soft, pleasant close. Coconut all the way!

Comment: Cozy sweetness with creamy charm.
