Nose: Rich and earthy notes of vanilla. Juicy strawberries. Icing sugar. Lots of orchard fruits. With time it turns slightly darker and I get toffee and caramel.

Taste: Full bodied and rich. Creamy vanilla and white pepper. Red berries over ice cream.

Finish: Medium long finish. Very rich and creamy throughout, but at the same time quite dry in character. Milk chocolate, strawberries and vanilla.

Comment: A rock solid Irish whiskey with lots of omph!
