Nose: Fine fruitiness - primarily apple. Vanilla and hints of tropical fruits. Mustard seeds and Dijon mustard - albeit in small doses. Leather with time.

Taste: Medium body. Ripe apples, burnt caramel and vanilla bean. Honey with hints of pepper. It feels big.

Finish: Medium long finish. Somewhat drier now, with hints of oak. Caramel and cinnamon.

Comment: Friday whisky!
